We provide exceptional blended in-house learning approaches to improve the knowledge and skill of your teams to realise their full problem solving and decision making potential. Up-skilling sessions are fully supported by providing relevant interactive content in video, text and graphic formats. While addressing skill levels we ensure that all staff members are supported by skilled facilitators from basic to expert level. This will empower your SME’s to conduct the relevant investigations and find appropriate solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations.

Digital Learning

In the digital learning revolution the learner becomes fully participative in the learning process. The learning platform provides them with the opportunity, and they seek out content, knowledge and intellect as and when they require it. The ‘collaborative learner’ considers the technology and access to it to be an essential component of the learning process itself. At KEPNERandFOURIE we have developed an online product to provide the foundation and base knowledge and skills of our root cause analysis and solution finding approaches. This platform serves as a solid basis for continual learning and skilling in problem solving practices from an intermediate to an expert level. These online modules are 4-7 minutes duration and get the job done to create a healthy appreciation for process-based problem solving investigations.  

The content is delivered in interactive elements, resources with testing as an additional module. Each module or element (The Spoke) can be either mandatory or optional and extends the primary approach (The Core). The sequence in which these elements are encountered is not defined as they may be taken in any order. Our history is full of examples in which we “transferred” our thinking methodologies to our clients to enable them to be self-sufficient. We believe in giving our clients the ability to customize the way they would like to incorporate the problem solving methodologies, because they would know best how to optimize the initiatives in such a way as to improve bottom line results
