With you, we design the best way to impart the KEPNERandFOURIE® skills to your staff and teams. Delivery of the content and the interaction within your organisation will be determined by the most effective and efficient method dependent on your needs.

 

What

What do we do that is different? We use on-job coaching with key staff members on how to use the templates most effectively. We drive “specificity” for everyone to get to the bottom of the issue. We are “hell-bound” on fixing the causes rather than living and dealing with effects over and over. We empower staff/teams to solve incidents and problems at source.

WHO

The client and their realised needs determine which KandF approach to learning to adopt. We work alongside your subject matter experts (SME’s) to  arrive at a mutually agreed solution and an implementation plan that will resolve any issue or challenge. We bring the process expertise and you bring the content knowledge!

Live

We provide an on-line or the face-to-face expertise for your teams to realise their full potential. Workshop sessions are fully supported by providing relevant interactive content in video, text and graphic formats. When addressing skill levels we ensure that all staff members are supported from basic up to expert level. This will empower your SMEs to conduct the relevant investigations and find solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations.

Digital

In the digital learning revolution the learner becomes fully participative in the learning process. The system provides them with the opportunity, and they seek out content, knowledge and intellect as and when they require it. The ‘collaborative learner’ considers the technology and access to it to be an essential component of the learning process itself.

Blended

The content is delivered as interactive elements, resources with testing as an additional module. Each module or element (the spoke) can be either mandatory or optional and extends the primary approach (the core). The sequence in which these elements are encountered is not defined.
