| Sabanci Holdings appoints
TDI to deliver Company wide innovation initiative
Thinking Dimensions International had made a name for itself
in the THINKING SKILLS arena with their proprietary Decision
and Problem solving workshops, facilitation and consulting
assignments.
Chuck Kepner and Matt Fourie have for some time now used
a rational and systematic approach to innovation. This approach
has been refined into a consulting and training application
to enable in-house company professionals to acquire the training
expertise and apply this repeatable process within their own
companies. This patented approach helps any manager/professional
to work through innovation without necessarily being recognized
as a creative thinker.
Sabanci Holdings, one of the biggest conglomerates in Turkey,
decided to use the KEPNERandFOURIE approach with some of their
companies for an enterprise wide adoption of an innovative
culture. Thinking Dimensions, in cooperation with their local
operation Case Learning, were contracted to initially help
3 Sabanci companies to adopt the KEPNERandFOURIE approach.
This company wide Innovation Culture Establishment will commence
with various “scans” to assess the “as is”
situation and then TDI will lead the Top Team through an Innovation
Strategy session. Once this stage has been reached stage TDI
would train in-house facilitators to ensure application and
repeatability of the Innovation process.
San Francisco Conference - August 2007
A succesful conference was recently held in San Francisco with the attendace of delegates from 10 participating countries. The conference was held on the 28 and 29 August 2007 in the Chancellor Hotel in San Francisco and hosted by Mat-thys Fourie one of the founding directors of KEPNERandFOURIE.
Also in attendance was Chuck Kepner who captivated the delegates with his most capable commentary on developments as well as his historical insight into what Chuck would probably best describe as "An Apology - An attempt to get it right"
